Dan’s spoons, bowls, chopsticks and letter openers are split from the wood using mallet and froe.  The shape and size of the bowl and curve and length of the handle are determined by the tree.  Each piece is unique and a true work of art — given by nature!

You will find yourself reaching for these spoons every day — for eating, cooking and serving.  They are strong, yet flexible, comfortable in your hand.  The edge of the bowl will stay sharp, and because they are cooked in hot beeswax and walnut oil, they will not dry out.

We will be adding new categories from time to time, and adding new items as current ones sell and as Dan makes more.
